You will work as part of a team of five who will receive telephone calls and registration cards from expectant parents for accurate processing to the Baby Bundle system. Where data is absent the parent will be contacted to complete the registration.
Parents will call the helpline with a range of queries and a willingness to learn about the Baby Bundle initiative is essential.
You will also manage telephone calls from midwives, health professionals and social workers.
You will report to the Baby Bundle Team Lead.

This new role will be focused on implementing our marketing and sales plan under the guidance of the company director. We have in place a week-by-week multi-channel marketing plan which the appointed candidate will be responsible for delivering. Activities will include social media marketing, conducting in-person promotions, managing and implementing our business affiliates programme as well as general sales/marketing activities.

Duties
Work as a member of the nursery team and closely with Room Leader, showing initiative and creativity; Work co-operatively and with flexibility whilst promoting a positive approach to a harmonious working environment.
Work with your team to help create an emotionally, stimulating and attractive environment both indoors and outdoors; the indoor and outdoor environments are of equal importance.
Assist with a programme of play and learning activities suitable for the age range of the children; Support and extend children’s learning and development through stimulating and challenging activities appropriate to their needs, interests and development stages; Encourage the children to be confident, independent and develop their self esteem.
Offer ideas and suggestions to Room Leader regarding activities for the children.
Work alongside the Room Leader to develop best practices which meet identified quality indicators; Accept instruction from Room Leader regarding working practices including the supervision of children.
Develop positive and professional relationships with other staff working within the nursery; Look upon the nursery as a “whole” where your help can be most utilised, be constantly aware of the needs of the children.
To be flexible within working practices of the nursery; Staff is expected to provide support for each other, to cover each other’s areas of work during absences, to share information and contribute generally to the smooth running of the nursery.
