Kathryn writes:
As the Director of Quality at Educ8, I am pleased to share key insights from our recent customer satisfaction survey. This survey is a critical tool for us to understand how well we are meeting the needs of our customers and where we can improve.
I am grateful to everyone who participated, as your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine our services and ensure we are delivering the highest quality apprenticeship experiences, with our employers and learners at the core of what we do.
The survey, conducted between June and August 2023, saw a significant increase in participation, reflecting the growing engagement with our employers. Notably, nearly all of respondents rated us positively, with an average satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5. Additionally, around 95% of our customers would recommend us to others, underscoring the trust and satisfaction we have built within our community.
The survey results highlighted several strengths that we are proud of, most notably;
- Supportive and Helpful Staff: Many respondents praised the supportiveness and dedication of our staff. Specific Trainer Coach and Customer Account Managers were frequently mentioned for their effective communication and commitment to learner success. This feedback reinforces the importance of our ongoing investment in staff training and development.
- Positive Overall Experience: A significant number of respondents reported a positive experience with Educ8, citing a supportive and encouraging learning environment. This positive sentiment is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team in creating a conducive atmosphere for learning and growth.
- Innovative and Engaging Curriculum: Respondents highly praised our well-developed and current curriculum, noting how the Moodle Virtual Learning Environment supported learners develop knowledge and skills in a flexible and innovative way. Particular note was made of how this platform encouraged learners to take ownership of their learning and supported self-study and comprehensive up-skilling.
However, the feedback also highlighted areas for improvement. Communication, consistency in Trainer Coaches, and the need for more frequent updates were identified as key opportunities for enhancing our service. We take these insights seriously and are committed to addressing these concerns by refining our communication strategies, ensuring smoother transitions when staff changes occur, and providing more regular, tri-partite progress updates.
At Educ8, we understand that the journey to excellence is ongoing. We value the feedback from our customers and see it as an opportunity to grow and better serve our committed employer base. The feedback we have received from this survey is not just a report card on our past performance but a roadmap for our future actions. We are already taking steps to address the areas for improvement identified in the survey, and we remain focused on delivering a high-quality apprenticeship experience that supports the success of both our learners and their employers.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We look forward to continuing to work closely with our customers, ensuring that every interaction is a step towards even greater satisfaction and success.
Educ8 wish to thank Customer Start for administering and analysing the survey on our behalf and providing us with valuable insights that will help us enhance our services and strengthen our partnerships with employers.
As part of our ongoing commitment to raising funds and awareness for our 2023/24 charity partnership, we pledged to raise money for each survey response from our employers. Thanks to their participation, we are thrilled to make a donation of £200 to the Alzheimer’s Research UK. This contribution supports a cause close to our hearts. We’re grateful to our employers for helping us make a difference.
